Job summary

Parts Town is hiring a Receiving Associate (OEM Parts Wrangler) to serve as the backbone of the Fulfillment Center. You will process incoming shipments, inspect parts to ensure quality, and enter items into the system with precision.

You will unpack and verify parts, record details in the inventory system, and sort parts for placement in inventory. The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs and the ability to work Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm, with Saturdays when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong decision-making skills and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to move around for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments and inspect each part to meet quality standards before entering the system.
• Unpack, verify parts against packing lists and purchase orders, and record information into the inventory system.
• Sort parts for physical inventory and manage stocks from multiple manufacturers.
• Handle over 100 different parts daily and ensure accurate counting and damage inspection.
