Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform on-duty maintenance.
• Prepare specifications for spare parts inventory.
• Maintain production equipment mechanically and electrically; troubleshoot per work orders.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential failure risks.
• Back up and maintain automation programs; ensure reliability of backups.
• Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication to reduce downtime.
• Assist software engineer with on-site equipment debugging.
• Document maintenance records and daily logs.
• Provide basic equipment knowledge training to staff.
