Job summary

Ma pre Inc. is seeking an Office Manager / Inventory Systems Coordinator to maintain accurate inventory data in Odoo ERP and support administrative operations. You'll partner with the Warehouse Manager to ensure lot traceability and timely reporting across materials, WIP, and finished goods.

The role also involves creating item master data, processing transactions, and generating management reports, with daily hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
• Experience using Odoo ERP preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, warehousing, or distribution environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Odoo inventory system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for raw ingredients, commodities, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Create and maintain item master data including product descriptions, item codes, units of measure, lot numbers, and specifications.
• Process inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, consumption, and finished goods entries.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper lot number and traceability information is maintained in the system.
• Generate inventory reports for management review.
• Support physical and cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations.
• Assist with inventory forecasting and stock level analysis.
• Work with Warehouse Manager to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Verify receiving documentation and inventory entries.
• Support shipping documentation and finished goods inventory tracking.
• Coordinate inventory corrections and adjustments as approved.
• Assist with FIFO and FEFO practices.
