Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking an ERP/IT Specialist to oversee the administration and continuous improvement of the Odoo ERP system and related business technologies.

You will collaborate with departments across the organization to optimize workflows, ensure data accuracy, and support daily IT operations. Responsibilities include configuring Odoo modules, developing reports and dashboards, integrating with third-party apps, and maintaining security and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years ERP administration or implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP required.
• Strong understanding of business processes, inventory management, purchasing, and operations.
• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and API integrations preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Odoo ERP platform.
• Support and optimize ERP modules including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Accounting.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data management processes.
• Manage integrations between Odoo and third-party applications.
• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.
• Maintain user access, security settings, and system documentation.
• Provide general IT support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and business systems.
