K2J Marketing Partners in St. Louis is seeking an experienced Odoo Developer with a strong command of Python to lead end-to-end module implementations and align ERP capabilities with warehouse and supply chain needs.

Reporting to IT, you’ll design, test, deploy, and support Odoo enhancements, build integrations, and drive automation initiatives, including AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual entry. This is a hands-on, collaborative role requiring practical technical skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Odoo development and administration in production.
• Experience with custom Odoo modules beyond basic Studio configuration.
• Proficiency in Python, Odoo ORM, XML, QWeb, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Odoo.sh, Git, and controlled deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, document, and maintain custom Odoo modules and enhancements.
• Manage Odoo.sh workflows, branches, builds, staging, and deployments.
• Configure models, views, reports, and automated actions within Odoo.
• Build API/webhook integrations with eCommerce, shipping, and finance systems.
• Plan data migrations, master data cleanup, and data integrity controls.
• Develop automated tests and maintain deployment documentation.
• Lead pilots to validate major workflow changes before deployment.
• Improve Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and warehouse workflows.
• Train users and support UAT, releases, and post-launch support.
