Job summary

Axiologic Solutions LLC in the Washington, DC area seeks an ODNI CIO Team Lead to oversee enterprise IT operations, maintenance, and enhancements. You will lead contractor teams across locations, interface with Sponsor leadership, and ensure successful contract execution with executive-level reporting.

The role demands 4+ years of hands-on program management, experience crafting strategic papers and executive briefings, and strong leadership and stakeholder engagement across multi-project

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant program management experience in IT O&M and enhancements.
• Experience creating strategic papers, options analyses, and executive briefings.
• Experience guiding portfolio performance, resource planning and vendor management.
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and communicate with sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead, manager, and administrator for the ODNI CIO contractor team.
• Direct and coordinate efforts of contractor personnel across locations and functions.
• Act as primary interface with Sponsor leadership and program authorities regarding technical matters.
• Provide leadership and management of enterprise IT operations and maintenance activities.
• Develop procedures to support efficient execution of contractual, technical, and administrative activities.
• Plan, direct, and oversee multi-disciplinary technical and operational support efforts.
• Monitor project performance, schedules, risks, and milestones for contract execution.
• Prepare executive briefings on program status, accomplishments, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate resources, priorities, and activities across projects and stakeholders.
• Support portfolio management, resource planning, and vendor engagement.
• Develop executive-level reports and briefing materials for leadership decisions.
• Track executive actions through completion and closure.
