• Collaborate with ODM planning, procurement, logistics and engineering to resolve material constraints.
• Translate material risks into actionable recovery plans for high-volume manufacturing.

Pay Range: $70-75/HR ON W2

What's the Job?

• Manage end-to-end relationships with ODM partners, ensuring material readiness and supply continuity for hardware programs.
• Drive MRP alignment, manage CTB (Commit-to-Build) cycles, and track material availability against build schedules.
• Escalate gating components and ensure on-time delivery to support global data center buildout schedules.
• Collaborate with ODM planning, procurement teams, logistics, and engineering to resolve material constraints and risks.
• Translate material risks into actionable recovery plans, managing complex BOMs in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

What's Needed?

• 8 or more years of experience in ODM material management or related fields.
• Strong experience managing complex BOMs and working directly with ODM planning and procurement teams.
• Proven ability to navigate conflict, drive accountability, and communicate effectively with external partners and leadership.
• Experience in hyperscale or large-scale ODM/EMS environments is highly preferred.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
