Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Odessa, Texas. You will evaluate patients, design and implement treatment plans, and document progress while collaborating with a clinical team.

Requirements include an active Physical Therapy license in Texas and current BLS certification. Doctorate and prior PT experience are preferred but new grads are welcome to apply, with compensation reflecting travel status.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized rehabilitation programs
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care
• Educate patients on home exercise and injury prevention
• Maintain safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control
