Qualifications

• 1-4 years experience in public accounting (fund audit) or financial services.
• Exposure to alternative investments (Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Financial Services) preferred.
• CPA or CFA (or pursuing) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence on fund managers and support investment recommendations.
• Analyze audited financial statements and operational processes.
• Prepare ODD reports, Investment Committee memos, and meeting documentation.
• Review legal and regulatory documents.
• Evaluate back-office operations, controls, and pricing procedures.
• Track and organize data to support team efficiency.
• Assist with manager meetings, onsite visits, and follow-up reporting.
