Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, offers an Engineering Development Program (EDP) opportunity in Middletown, CT. The role targets new graduates for three to four assignments across mechanical, electrical or aerospace disciplines, providing hands-on rotations and discipline-specific training to accelerate leadership development.

What You Will Do:

DO instrumentation operation team is seeking an OD.Dress engineering to be a part of our Engineering Development Program (EDP).

  • Accelerate technical capability through substantive work rotations focused on specific disciplines.
  • Connect EDP participants with a network of technical resources & engineering experts.
  • Interface with instrumentation requestors, assembly/test engineers, CIPTs, and other validation customers.
  • Participate in CIPTs team
What You Will Learn:

By becoming a member of the Pratt & Whitney Engineering Development Program (EDP), you will receive hands-on training to help you build your career in aerospace. This accelerated program will provide you an opportunity for professional growth as a college new hire and train you to be a future leader of the organization. College undergraduate and graduate hires will complete three to four assignments to build technical breadth and leadership abilities before graduating from the program. These rotations are complimented by discipline-specific training that will accelerate the development of EDP participants.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Computer Engineering or Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics major obtained by start date.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
