Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking BC/BE ophthalmologists fellowship-trained in oculoplastics/orbit to join a established academic community. Responsibilities include clinical care, teaching and scholarly activities within a dynamic department.

Successful candidates will work with an experienced faculty, participate in resident education, and contribute to developing the Division of Oculoplastics in the new Department of Ophthalmology at SLUHN.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with residency and/or fellowship in ophthalmology.
• Subspecialty fellowship in oculoplastics/orbit preferred.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in ophthalmology.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care and teaching of trainees and students.
• Perform history and physical examinations and manage patient care.
• Adhere to standardized practice guidelines and evidence-based medicine.
• Collaborate with colleagues and refer to other specialists as needed.
• Participate in scholarly activities and academic responsibilities.
• Contribute to development of the Division of Oculoplastics within the department.
