Job summary

Tufts Medical Center's New England Eye Center in Boston, MA seeks an Assistant Professor level Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon to join its faculty. The role combines academic medicine with private-practice style opportunities in a supportive academic health system.

The successful candidate will teach residents and medical students, engage in clinical research, and provide expert patient care across multiple locations in the Greater Boston area.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Completion of a 2-year ASOPRS-approved fellowship in Oculofacial Plastic Surgery.
• Eligible for a Massachusetts medical license.
• Demonstrated drive and enthusiasm for developing a thriving clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical care within Tufts Medical Center and satellite locations.
• Teach and mentor ophthalmology residents and medical students at Tufts University School of Medicine.
• Contribute to academic and clinical research with institutional support.
• Join a high-volume oculofacial plastic surgery service within an academic health system.
