Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a role like Applied Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or Research Scientist.
• Hands-on experience with modern machine learning frameworks and large-scale data processing systems.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to navigate the shift to agentic AI.
• Lead the identification and solving of complex business problems using machine learning.
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML models using the Pavo AI platform.
