Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Five to ten (5–10) years of relevant professional experience in institutional investing, client relationship management, business development, or a comparable senior client-facing role.
• Strong technology proficiency, including advanced use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined book of institutional clients and prospects, serving as the primary relationship manager.
• Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline, originating new nonprofit prospects.
• Drive new asset growth and long-term retention by deepening relationships and identifying expansion opportunities.
