Job summary

Valuelabs is seeking an experienced OCI Network Specialist to design, implement, and manage scalable OCI networking across cloud and on-premises environments. You will design hub-and-spoke, multi-region architectures, configure OCI Load Balancers, FastConnect, VPNs, and DRG, and enforce security with OCI Firewall and WAF.

Collaborate with cloud, security, and app teams to deliver end-to-end networking solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing OCI networking solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multi-region, multi-tenant OCI networks.
• Strong knowledge of security controls and policy enforcement.
• Experience with hybrid connectivity and WAN integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement OCI networking solutions (VCN, subnets, route tables, gateways).
• Build Hub-and-Spoke, multi-region, multi-tenant architectures.
• Configure OCI Load Balancers and Network Load Balancers.
• Manage FastConnect, IPSec VPN, DRG, and BGP-based connectivity.
• Enforce network security with OCI Network Firewall, WAF, NSGs, Security Lists.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize OCI network performance.
• Analyze traffic with VCN Flow Logs and Network Path Analyzer.
• Automate provisioning with Terraform, OCI CLI, and scripting.
• Provide L3 support and participate in audits.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and apps teams; contribute to pre-sales.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced OCI Network Specialist with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) networking, hybrid cloud connectivity, and network security. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available network solutions across OCI and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement OCI networking solutions including VCN, Subnets, Route Tables, Gateways, NSGs, and Security Lists.
• Build and manage Hub-and-Spoke, multi-region, and multi-tenancy network architectures.
• Configure and support OCI Load Balancers, Network Load Balancers, and Application Load Balancers.
• Implement and manage FastConnect, IPSec VPN, DRG (v2), and BGP-based hybrid connectivity.
• Manage network security using OCI Network Firewall, WAF, NSGs, Security Lists, and Zero Trust principles.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize OCI network performance, availability, and security.
• Analyze network traffic using VCN Flow Logs, Network Path Analyzer, and Network Visualizer.
• Support WAN, MPLS, and SD-WAN integrations with OCI.
• Automate network provisioning and configurations using Terraform, OCI CLI, and scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell).
• Provide L3 support, incident troubleshooting, change implementation, and network audits.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and application teams to deliver end-to-end networking solutions.
• Create architecture documents, SOPs, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Participate in client discussions, solution design workshops, and pre-sales activities.
