Job summary

Concept Plus in Fairfax, VA is seeking an Identity / IAM Engineer to design and implement unified identity, federation, and access-governance models across OCI, Exadata Cloud@Customer, and multi-cloud linkages to support client NetOps.

The role focuses on least-privilege policies, SSO/SAML/OIDC, and integration with Zero Trust controls in regulated environments such as FedRAMP/HIPAA. Collaboration with client teams is essential to ensure secure, scalable identity architectures.

Qualifications

• Strong OCI IAM and identity domain experience.
• Experience with identity federation / SSO (SAML, OIDC, SCIM).
• Knowledge of least-privilege and access-governance best practices.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust identity patterns.
• Experience in regulated environments (FedRAMP/HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Design OCI identity domains, IAM policies, and access models.
• Implement identity federation and SSO across OCI, ExaCC, and multi-clouds.
• Support NetOps with unified identity, security, and governance models.
• Define least-privilege policies and reusable access baselines.
• Integrate IAM controls with Zero Trust requirements.
