Job summary

Oracle Corporation is seeking a senior Cloud Architect with a background in financial services to lead presales engagements for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure across North America. You will drive discovery, architecture decisions, and hands-on validation with executives and technical teams.

You will bring 10+ years of cloud architecture experience in FS, deep multi-cloud expertise, and a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure architectures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cloud/enterprise architecture experience, with direct work in financial services.
• Deep FS domain expertise (banking, payments, investments, insurance, or fintech).
• Strong multi-cloud architecture and hands‑on engineering skills across OCI/AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
• Hands‑on ability to deploy, troubleshoot, and automate with IaC; security and compliance focus.
• Experience navigating architecture reviews, production readiness, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with sales and customers, defining objectives and success criteria.
• Design OCI/multi-cloud architectures covering compute, storage, networking, identity and security.
• Lead workshops, PoCs, and benchmarks with representative workloads and data.
• Translate FS controls into technical designs with security and risk teams.
• Develop proposals, BOMs, migration approaches, and cost comparisons.
• Coordinate cross‑team efforts to move from proof to adoption and enablement.
