Job summary

Concept Plus, LLC seeks an experienced Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Specialist in the United States to support critical government programs. This position involves designing and optimizing analytics solutions within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) while ensuring compliance with federal security frameworks. Ideal candidates have a degree in a related field, extensive experience with Oracle BI solutions, and strong SQL skills. Comprehensive health insurance and a competitive pay package are included.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain a US Government Public Trust clearance.
• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle BI, OAC, or OBIEE.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Autonomous Database (ADW/ATP) or Oracle Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and self-service analytics using OAC.
• Design and manage ADW schemas, tables, partitions, and data pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with federal IT security frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, etc.).
