Job summary

Hotel Sylvia in Nye Beach, Newport, Oregon, is seeking a motivated Laundry Attendant to help maintain clean linens and timely service for our oceanfront historic hotel.

You'll operate laundry machines, fold and distribute linens, and support housekeeping with a positive, team-oriented attitude. Weekend availability and reliability are important as part of our dedicated hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work both solo and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual, with weekend flexibility.
• Laundry experience preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate washing machine and dryer according to chart.
• Fold linens in a timely manner after drying.
• Distribute guest linens to housekeeping closets on all three levels.
• Follow direction from housekeeping supervisor.
• Finish the day's laundry before ending shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of the laundry room and surrounding areas.
