The Sunny Hotel in Sunny Isles Beach, FL, is seeking a Senior General Manager for multiple food and beverage outlets. You will provide leadership across outlets, ensure strong guest experiences, and drive financial performance in a fast-paced coastal resort environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of F&B management, solid leadership, budgeting, and menu planning skills, with a ServSafe preference. This role requires flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting.
• Experience managing or supporting multiple food and beverage outlets simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Proficient in menu planning and development.
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities
