Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks a hospitality teammate to assist the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers in maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment and delivering stellar guest service at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort. Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, stocking stations, serving beverages and bread, and ensuring cleanliness across service areas.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation.
• Ability to move or push goods up to 150 lbs. with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings and reset tables quickly and consistently.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread, and butter to begin dining.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
