Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Freight Forwarding; Ocean Export experience preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of Cargo Wise system preferred.
• Strong leadership to drive KPIs and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end Ocean Export processes and supervise the team.
• Serve as escalation contact for Ocean Export shipments and manage KPIs.
• Ensure safe handling, compliance, and security of shipments.
• Collaborate with Ocean Gateway, Trucking, and Handling for seamless service; engage with sales.
• Review month-end reports, P/L; AP/AR; escalate carrier issues with US Ocean Freight Product team.
