Qualifications

• Independent Minnesota licensure (LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT) or eligibility to practice in Minnesota through PSYPACT or the Counseling Compact.
• Specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD.
• At least 2 years of experience treating OCD and anxiety disorders.
• Strong knowledge of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety disorders.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and delivering services remotely in HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment and diagnosis for clients presenting with OCD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices such as ERP and CBT.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical guidelines.
• Coordinate with clients’ other providers, families, and schools as clinically appropriate.

Are you an ERP-trained clinician who loves working with OCD and anxiety? Novo would love to meet you. We are a close-knit group practice seeking an experienced OCD and anxiety specialist. Demand for specialized care at our practice exceeds our current capacity, so you will begin with a consistent caseload of clients who need exactly the expertise you bring. You'll provide evidence-based outpatient treatment, in person and via telehealth, for clients with OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions.

What You'll Do

• Conduct assessment and diagnosis for clients presenting with OCD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and other behavioral interventions
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical guidelines
• Coordinate with clients’ other providers, families, and schools as clinically appropriate
