Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking an Occupational Therapy Team Leader to guide clinical staff and oversee therapy operations within our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will lead scheduling, orientation, and training while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to support rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed or certified as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited OT program.
• Minimum of three years in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily therapy team operations including scheduling, orientation, training, and interdepartmental communication.
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding relationships by understanding patient needs to aid recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and drive seamless implementation of procedures and treatments.
