Qualifications

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan Certificate.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant degree program.
• 4 years of applicable experience in occupational therapy.

• Deliver occupational therapy services supporting residents with physical or mental challenges.
• Assess and adapt therapeutic activities for a varied caseload.
