Occupational Therapy Assistant PRN (Outpatient)

Location: IN HOME at Batavia Home Rehab, Batavia, IL

Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient

Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends, no evenings

Responsibilities: Treat residents Monday-Friday in either their room or an on-site outpatient clinic. Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve function and independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to best practices.

Qualifications

• Current license as Occupational Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred.
