Trinity Rehab Services in Champaign/Danville, IL is seeking a Occupational Therapist Assistant to work across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient services in the Champaign/Danville, IL area. You'll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

Provide OTA services and treat patients in SNF and Outpatient settings as appropriate, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, meaningful patient care and complete documentation
