Aegis Therapies is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) for outpatient services in Fort Wayne, IN. Work with higher functioning residents in a lovely community, with no weekends or evenings and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Current license as Occupational Therapy Assistant in Indiana or ability to obtain.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, no evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to residents in clinic or residents' rooms in Fort Wayne.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
• Support clinic operations, marketing, scheduling and patient flow.
