Aegis Therapies in Rochester, MN seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support outpatient, assisted living and independent living residents. You’ll work Monday through Friday, no evenings or weekends, with a flexible schedule and room for autonomy.

You’ll market the clinic, set your own schedule, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and access ongoing training, CEUs, and licensure reimbursement as part of a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current license as Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents Monday–Friday, no evenings or weekends.
• Provide care in residents’ rooms or on-site outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
