Job summary

Aegis Therapies in La Porte, IN is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team on a PRN basis. You will provide therapy services in nursing home, rehab and skilled nursing settings, delivering patient-centered care under supervision and collaborating with therapists and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Active OTA license in the state of practice.
• Experience with geriatrics or long-term care settings is preferred.
• PRN/flexible scheduling available.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to residents in nursing home/rehabilitation settings.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and care teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Assist with program development and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications:

• Current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
