Trinity Rehab Services in Mattoon, IL, is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to work across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient services. You’ll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

We offer mentorship, flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN), and growth opportunities to deliver patient-centered care. New graduates are encouraged to apply; IL licensed OTA or pending licensure is preferred.
