Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Brewer, ME is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. A $5,000 sign-on or relocation bonus is offered.

The qualified candidate will provide comprehensive therapy services, collaborate with rehab and nursing staff, hold a current OTA license or be eligible, and demonstrate strong computer skills and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff.
• Possess a current OTA license or be license eligible in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and timely reporting.
• Adjust schedules as needed to meet resident care needs.
