Job summary

Oxford Nursing Home, Inc. in New York seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our rehab program. You will help create and provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision and in line with state guidelines.

Responsibilities include assisting with therapy alongside the OT, documenting progress weekly with co-signature, obtaining MD orders, attending meetings, and performing duties as directed by supervisors. An active OTA license is required.

• Assist with other documentation requirements as indicated and according to state guidelines.
• Attend facility and rehab meetings when indicated by the supervisor.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the department supervisor, lead therapist, or regional manager
