Job summary

Countryside is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to support our therapy team in providing patient-centered care. You will help implement individualized therapy plans and monitor progress for diverse patients in a rehabilitation setting.

In this role, you’ll conduct interventions, document outcomes, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with therapists and other health professionals to optimize daily functioning and quality of life for patients in Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Studies or related field.
