Qualifications

Occupational Therapy Assistant/COTA - (PRN) – El Paso, TX

Rehab Without Walls is seeking a COTA to join our community-based neurorehab team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about functional, real‑life therapy who values flexibility and clinical autonomy. (2+ years experience preferred in neurorehab)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing vocational and educational activities designed to restore and reinforce individuals' task performance and promote their overall health and self‑sufficiency
• Design and adapt equipment for working and living environments, including fabricating assistive devices to improve participation in the program and the community
• Conduct community reintegration activities to assist individuals with occupational therapy needs during physical activity
• Provide training to individuals and others involved in their rehabilitation, and document results of the training
• Support individuals' plan of treatment by documenting and reporting status changes to the rehabilitation specialist, clinical coordinator, attending physician, and other treatment team members as appropriate
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
