Responsibilities

• Under OT direction, provides patient care services delegated by the Occupational Therapist.
• Assists in evaluation and development of the rehabilitative plan of care and in periodic re-evaluation.
• Prepares clinical and daily progress notes and submits within 72 hours; drafts periodic summary reports.
• Instructs patient and family, helps teach exercises alongside the OT.
