Job summary
Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitation team in a senior living setting. This position emphasizes patient-centered care, relationship-building with residents, and growth through innovative therapies.
You will provide one-on-one therapy under medical orders, collaborate with a coordinated team, and enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive benefits including 401(k), health insurance, PTO, and licensure/CEU support.
Qualifications
- Associates of applied science degree in area of discipline.
- Current occupational therapy assistant license in state of practice, or ability to obtain one prior to starting.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Computer proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
- Provide attentive one-on-one therapy services for residents.
- Get mentorship and hands-on experience utilizing innovative technologies and therapeutic treatments.
