Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality, compassionate therapy in an inpatient rehab setting. You will work with a team to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life using modern equipment and techniques.

The role supports a dynamic, growth-focused environment with a strong emphasis on patient outcomes, collaboration with families, and adherence to best practice in rehabilitation.

Formación

• Current state licensure or certification (in states where required).
• CPR certification preferred (unless required by hospital policy).
• Associate's degree from an accredited OTA program preferred.
• Effective communication skills for interactions with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Demonstrated competency in occupational therapy treatment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate OT care using up-to-date equipment and technology.
• Work with patients to progress toward independence and improved quality of life.
• Collaborate with care teams to support rehabilitation plans and outcomes.
