Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or related field.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in occupational therapy or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans for patients with physical, emotional, or cognitive disabilities.
• Perform tasks and activities designed to help patients develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients' abilities and limitations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and address patients' unique needs.
• Implement and adapt occupational therapy interventions, including exercise programs, educational activities, and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
