• Work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents
• Assess residents' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement
• Implement OT interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and cognitive retraining
• Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate resident records of progress and treatment plans
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to discuss resident care
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on OT interventions and strategies for functioning and independence
