Job summary

Enhance Therapies, a family of therapy providers, seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join Rehab Advisors' in-house management client in New Jersey. This full-time, on-site role operates in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting.

You will implement individualized care plans, document regulatory requirements, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA, if required by state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome!

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
