Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Provides Occupational Therapy services to patients under supervision.
• Assists in evaluation process as directed by OT.
• Identifies goals and treatment plans with OT.
• Conducts individual, supervised and group treatment as assigned.
• Records treatment times and contributes to statistics.
