Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team at Mattoon Healthcare in Mattoon, IL. This PRN role offers flexible hours and opportunities to provide high-quality OT services in a Nursing Home, Rehabilitation Center, or Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

In this position you will work with an interdisciplinary team to enhance residents' functional independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current OTA license or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Experience in geriatrics is preferred.
• Flexibility to work PRN with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in the facility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to plan and implement treatment.
• Support resident goals to improve functional independence.
