Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Mt. Healthy, OH is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility. The role provides direct care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to maximize residents’ functional potential in daily life.

Candidates must hold a state-licensed OTA and an Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy. We offer new hourly rates ($30-35/hr) for PRN work, with compensation based on experience and a qualifying interview.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment.
• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the clinical supervision of an Occupational Therapist to maximize residents' functional potential.
• Support therapy goals and document progress according to facility policies.
