Job summary

Premier Therapy in New Middletown, Ohio is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver compassionate, hands-on therapy to residents and to contribute to individualized care plans.

You will work with a supportive team in a dynamic, resident-centered setting that emphasizes professional development, mentorship, and opportunities to grow your clinical skills through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
