Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists to join EmpowerMe 360, our integrated care model for seniors. You’ll provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy in senior living communities, conduct assessments, create care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team.

This role emphasizes independence and safety, with wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and wellness services (physical, occupational, or speech) for older adults.
• Conduct assessments, create personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team.

• Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with company initiatives.
• Contribute to program development and continuous quality improvement.
