Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant for Meadow Falls of Finneytown on a part-time basis. You will provide one-on-one therapy, support rehabilitative services, and work with a coordinated care team to improve residents’ quality of life.

The position emphasizes patient-centered care, ongoing learning, and career growth with mentorship and access to CEUs. On-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates of applied science degree in area of discipline.
• Current occupational therapy assistant license in state of practice, or ability to obtain one prior to starting.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy services for residents.
• Assist with rehabilitative services under medical orders as part of a team.

Pay Range
