Triage Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Westland, Michigan. Shift: 8 hours daytime (8:30 AM–4:30 PM), 40 hours per week, start date 9/7/2026, Job ID YGUA3HTJ.

The weekly gross pay is $1,325 before taxes, with Day One health, dental, vision, and life insurance. A dedicated recruiter, licensing reimbursement, and a 401(k) program are also available.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• NBCOT exam completed or eligible.
• State license eligibility or application planned.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
