Powerback Rehabilitation to You is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to help patients recover and regain independence across settings. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments with compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities to help patients recover.
• Follow recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• See the patient as an individual and address holistic care.
• Collaborate with peers and refer to ensure patient needs are met.
• Provide patient-first, caring and compassionate service.

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.
