Job summary

Triage Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for Shawnee, OK. This is a 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week, on a 8-hour day shift (12:00 AM–12:00 PM) starting 11/9/2026. The facility is a Skilled Nursing Facility with 161 beds. Compensation is billed weekly at $1,379 gross.

Candidate requirements include an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, NBCOT exam passage, and eligibility to apply for state licensure. BLS/CPR certification is required.
